SUSS partners with established academic institutions from around the world to offer a wide range of full-time and part-time academic programmes and to provide rich learning experiences for students.
Founded in 1971 by Dr Chung Chi-yung and Dr Henry Hu Hung-lick, Hong Kong Shue Yan University (HKSYU) is the first private university in Hong Kong. Based on its pedagogical philosophy on Chinese traditional culture and virtues, HKSYU offers liberal arts education with a focus on professional and vocationally-oriented training. The University’s motto of 'Cultivating virtues of benevolence; broadening horizon and knowledge', sets out HKSYU's commitment in pursuing knowledge and cultivating the young into men of honour.
SUSS and HKSYU signed a Memorandum of Understanding on 13 September 2021 to collaborate on overseas experiential learning.
